I watched 30 minutes of CNN on Sunday where they had a real Haiti expert on: Bush's SA department is run by this Noriega, a CUBAN RT-WINGER. Big difference from a Mexican, OK? Unless they're all the same to you.
The gist of the call-in program was that the Bushies had withheld all funding for Haiti in the past three years because they want Aristide out & the Tom-Toms back in.
