Gee......were you there when he was recommended for all those medals too?

Now that we know the truth according to E and her articles, we can move on to other issues. I would like Mr. Kerry to release his military records.

Would you have a problem with that? Could you make that happen?

"You're humiliated at Bush's record of "service to his country." Kerry risked his life in service of extreme danger. What did Bush do? Tell me about it."

Ludricous assertion E. Bush served his country in an acceptable manner and certainly he has served over the past four years as well. We can all make our individual judgements on his presidency but service it is. As far as kerry goes, on the record he was a fine soldier but there are questions about whether he lied about atrociites or witnessed them and did nothing. Now that Sun article raises other questions which i certainly refuse to believe until proven. But regarding the atrocities, if he lied he defamed fellow soldier. If he was truthful and used the just following orders line, i understand but it is still not acceptable to me. At minimus he should apologize for either the lie or the "i was just following orders".
E, i like it better when i am on your side but i will not stand by and let the the opposition villify bush for his military service but give a pass to the other side. If you want to learn more about vietnam see the words of Bob Kerrey--the kerrey who had to give up his presidential hopes last time because of questionable actions; also the kerrey who would have made a great president.
Having said all of this i will keep open minded on this race and would consider voting for kerry if he answers the above questions and comes up with a viable defense and homeland security policy. But i am skeptical. Mike
