Spotted, what we do is stop paying them to produce more junk. The main rule of life is that what gets rewarded gets done. People inadvertently reward all sorts of bad behaviour. For example, some mothers in supermarkets reward screeching brats by giving them lollies to shut them up. Which works until the next demand is made. They don't think they are teaching their children to be noisy brats, but that's what they are doing. Mq
