What the Bush faction will do is to try to replace the fact of Kerry's medals and the citations that went with them with insinuations that he wasn't as good an American as Bush Junior

That's perfectly silly. The Bush faction doesn't want to talk about Vietnam. At all. They want to talk about foreign policy and the WOT, as you can see from Bush's recent speeches.
