The majority of hollywood celebs are liberal Dems. They hate Repubs because the most affluent in that party represent the "old money" elite who would never include show business celebs in their social invitations. Americans give silly Hollywood movie stars more attention than they deserve. The actors/actresses are experts at "pretending" they're someone other than themselves--that's it. However, their celebrity convinces the entertainers that they're politically brilliant as well. That's far from the truth. They should stick to their knitting & avoid constantly putting their manicured feet in their mouths. Martin Sheen's support for Howard Dean proved what average Americans think of Hollywood types who egotistically believe anyone cares about their political beliefs. Maybe if the Hollywood crowd would focus on producing quality films with their time, we would finally get some quality products from them, instead of the sleazy or silly garbage that's been created in tinseltown in recent decades.
