do you go to cosco for drugs.. i understand their prices are great. why not give them a call. or sams club. canada does have cheaper prices in non generic drugs and i expect it is because of the gov contract prices with large drug companies.. it will be interesting to see what happens in this area.. i just got my insurance policy for this and last year they increase rates and this year they are going to % of cost.. so i expect to see another large increase.. one person i used to work with called the mail order and they told him based on the drugs he asked about it would be an additional $1,000. a year. i expect he and his wife like your husband are using non generic and special drugs for serious ailments.
