I did some searches on eye color and personality and was unable to come up with any scientific studies correlating the two. Any parent knows that children are born with personalities, but even identical twins can have marked differences in personality from birth. Although it is a matter of belief, I believe spiritual aspects of what we call the soul could be a factor. This could explain variances in identical twins not explained by eugenics, which of course is frowned upon for good reason when it is used to discriminate.
