WE ARE NOT FAR BEHIND! Kerry's support is well below 50% and is soft. We'll do well with the undecided and underpolled independants and republicans

Hi Lizzie,

re: <<anybody know this first term senator from NV? Senator John Ensign.>>

I sure don't and I live here and consider myself sort of hip on these issues. <g> I can't even tell you much about his background except he is considered to have the "politico look" and had money behind his campaign. Outsider money, it smelled like.. He is sort of like Kenny Quinn, our republican governor. They even look alike..LOL..

But Hey!, they are not as bad as a Republican representative, yes US House, we had about 10 years ago, when Yucca mountain was first being discussed. He called it a "suppository" for toxic waste.. So we're getting better.. :) EDIT, but thinking about it, maybe he was right and his true feelings came out about how he felt about our environment..

The problem with small states is that big outside money can come in an buy an election. Unfortunately that speaks to the electorate. :(.

But "times, they are changing here"..
