This is the first time, I remember you admitting Bill was just a culpable, in the 9/11 blame game going on. You may have heard it, but if it doesn't condemn GW, then obviously, it isn't newsworthy, in your opinion.
Really, if you look back at where this thread started, you agreed with AS when he accused GW of having before hand knowledge, of 9/11, and doing nothing. AS posted this,(As Re...Don't forget, Bush was warned about 9-11 and did nothing.) to which I responded in post 183588.
In much the same way you were warned yesterday of problems in Kerry's past. Yet you, and the dems, seem intent on ignoring the problems and doing nothing. Why, because neither you, the Dems, or Bush then, had a lot of options. The warning to GW was vague, had no source, no name, no specific plot etc.; just a warning, much as a guy in the street, wearing a sign saying the end is near. There wasn't enough actionable intel, it do much.

Did you notice, in post 183588, I said there wasn't enough actionable intelligence,and you replied about the German intel; to which I gave you a link,which said that that intel was disclosed in 1999, on Bill's watch, at which point, you are now spouting the "Once again, I think its pretty much outside anyone's ken to expect a hijacking where the plane would be used as a battering ram. That has been my opinion from the get go

Ted Re...Months before 9/11, the level of 'chatter' increased dramatically. It was at that point that German intel warned the WH of the potential for hijackings.
The simple truth is both presidents were warned. Bill probably had the warning , that was the most actionable. However neither pres. would do anything personally, except pass the info on to the respective dept. to look into it. Certainly, one would think the BND would have the ability, and did call the CIA directly, without going through the pres. What the leads were, and why they weren't useful is a matter of conjecture.

Please note, I didn't change my stance, before, or after I found out, Bill was susceptible to the charge AS was leveling at GW.
