Yep, if Junior-Cheney could write a patriot act anyway they wanted they would give themselves the power to have people executed on the streets without a trial and without showing any evidence of wrong doing. After all it might be against national security to do so and some of the things they know are are kind of hard to prove anyway. I remember right after Junior was appointed when a reporter asked him if he would like to be dictator. He replied that that would certainly make things easier.
