you would find the vast majority against us including Britain with about 70% against

You have a point there. As far as I can tell, there were only two populations solidly in favor of the War in Iraq, Americans and Iraqis.

Of course, you have to bear in the mind the crap the Europeans read in their press everyday.

There are worse things than "creating tensions" with Europe. Wasting another four years in diplomatic tea-drinking while Al Qaeda prospered in Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, and Saudi-Arabia would have been one of them. Waiting passively for Al Qaeda's next move would have been another.

When funded and organized terrorists have a compelling ideology and the free run of nation states, then fighting them does not mean "intelligence and police work" as Kerry said the other day. It means war, and anybody who thinks different is kidding himself.

Face it, Bush has been a diplomatic disaster who has created tensions that will take decades to repair.....we need a regime change now before the situation turns even more violent.

Face it, Bush has been President during a war that will take decades to be over. If we get a regime change now it will increase the chances of it getting violent in the US again. Things are just too dangerous to turn over right now to a Liberal. Especially one who has spent the last 33 years fighting the Defense and CIA.
