The Bush tax plan comes up short 4.5 trillion or at least 500 billion a year. If Kerry's plan only comes up short 165 billion, that's great. Then we can cut out tax loop-holes, corporate welfare, go after tax evaders, cut fat andpork out of the budget and voila, we have a balanced budget. He won't get there right away because Bush's budget is SO far in the red, but Kerry will get there.
