Kenneth, I dont believe you have ever had any capital to speak of in your life. Its MONEY that creates jobs, NOT PEOPLE. I have friends with the greatest ideas but no money and they go nowhere. I have seen others with a soso idea but money go far. Capital formation is the single most important thing to get a business off the ground, then as it grows IT TAKES CAPITAL, so the more we do to free up capital the better off we would be. This is MY BAILIWICK and I know of what I speak of. jdn
