I've only been turkey hunting once in my life and it was a DISASTER. I was a teenager and this avid hunter father of my girlfriend took me hunting. Lent me a 12 gauge PUMP shotgun. First thing I did was nearly shoot a cow, I know it sounds incredible and I would never have believed it if it hadnt happened to me, but in the brush sometimes a cow can look like a turkey to a "turkey" hunter. (gg) Then as we packed up to go home, he told me to unload the shotgun. I pumped it a few times and the shells came out and I thought it was empty, HE pumped it again before he packed it away AND ANOTHER SHELL POPS OUT. Did I feel like a DAMN FOOL. YEP!! jdn
