No, I'd think outside the box, and redo the whole mess from the ground up. Let's REALLY be honest.

So, you want to reduce payroll taxes? OK lets do that but it will force an increase in income taxes. Lets be honest.

Or we could be fiscally reponsible and reduce wasteful spending significantly. Government spending and size is much too big and unnecessary. Raising taxes and taking money out of our pockets may be your wish, but it is not the only answer, I prefer fiscal responsibility and cutting government so that Americans may keep more of their own money.
