Didn't Bush claim roughly that many jobs would be created in 2001, 2002, and 2003, as well? Instead jobs were lost.

Anybody who believes the current prediction just refuses to learn.

Re: The Feds have been cooking the books for a long time trying to claim there's no inflation.

Perhaps justifiably, considering what COLAs in pension schemes like Social Security would do otherwise.
