and they have already learned that the threat of cuts works even more powerfully than actual cuts in interest rates
the game is over when the ECB exhausts their ammo

I dont expect them to cut as many times as you guys do
they are oldtimers at this
they observe the Americans and see total recklessness
they believe our economic thinktank is bereft of all gray matter
