From Fleck on PPI release:

Aside from that uncertainty, enquiring minds would like to know how much longer the government is going to torture the January PPI before deciding to release it. I spoke to Joanie this morning, who spoke to a government source, who said it's likely going to be a couple more weeks. If so, why doesn't the government just release the old PPI? Of course, if I may supply my own answer, it's probably a pretty ugly number. The government won't announce the new one until it's figured out how to arrive at something fit for public consumption.

Thanks, as I try and post fair.
I do not just post stuff from my point of view.
It is obvious the PPI is rising like mad and (for whatever reason) someone wants to hide it.
