LOL!! Tell that to the USSC when the case reaches it. Although..... dang, if they're basing all this crap on the interstate commerce clause, it seems to me that the Feds have built on a house of cards on a sandy beach. And a storm's coming. Let me see if the law dog will comment on this. law dog: I don't use, remember? It takes a UN Security Council meeting to get a new drug approved for my use. You wouldn't bloody believe it. HOWEVER, it does appear we've reached a point (like we did with Prohibition) where the law does more damage than its lack would.
