"A close reading, which I gave your post, is unimpressive." Apparently you aren't reading anything what I have posted very closely, if at all. This has been investigated by multiple sources, including the Senate. Kerry's allegations have been widely discredited because so many of those 150 people Kerry talked about lied. Some took the names of real vets & falsely told of war crimes, etc. These people never even served in the military, yet they provided blatantly false testimony. Others never made it to Vietnam or they never got into a combat zone, yet they all provided the most graphic testimony. Even some of the leaders of the VVAW were complete wacko frauds. How badly does one group need to be factually & accurately discredited before you will question their reliability about anything they say? Even if Kerry was the moderating force in the VVAW, that does not mitigate Kerry's lies or anyone else's horrific behavior one bit. The man is unfit to be President IMO.
