ElM, I'm trying to point out to you that I don't want to import "taxpayers" and especially don't want to import tax bludgers. Neither do a lot of people here. If the taxpayers were high-earning creative types we could give them work permits. They could buy a citizenship when they've saved enough, or borrowed enough against their future earnings, in which case they could buy one immediately. A company hiring them might wish to sponsor their citizenship. I know property rights and wealth are difficult to understand, but I'm happy to help. Crikey I'm generous. Mqurice
