It is not President job it is also not a Government Job we do not live in Soviet Union where Communist Party used to decide where jobs would be created.
This country operate in the Economic system called Capitalism in this system MARKET figure out where jobs can/should be created sometimes in some countries MARKET cannot create high margin jobs and living standarts in those countries had declined, happened many times in history and that what is coming to USA: Bush or Kerry elected.
… Just wake up and smell globalization.
