The economic news this morning was not good imo. Are consumers starting to guard their wallets? Maybe so. Gotta happen at some point.

thanks for the thoughtful response. Yes, you have laid out the primary and secondary counts as I see them. I concur we could see a C up here in 4 coincding with more weakness in gold then starting later this month 5 of 5 down. We would then have 2 up, and it may or may not be a significant retrace. If the deflationary scenario captures the publics imagination, it will provide a dollar bounce and a sell off in gold IMO.
