the exact term is globalization. Wealth belongs to the entire world not to a Capitalist. Not just to Halliburton or a few contract who are allowed to bid on Iraqi contracts only.

Tonto, after the US countries establish themselves in India, their assest will be subject to the protective laws there. The current Govt. may pursue a policy of encouraging the US companies to move in. But then the Indian will have other political parties who are in the opposition now to be voted into power. So it is globalizatipon through agencies such as the UN which could prevent this from happening. And Bush does not work with the UN.
