I have no idea, and neither do you. Haven't we all jumped to a lot of conclusions already, as far as WMD in Iraq. Presidents, through the constitution, are not beholden to the congress, so procedure has to be worked out, so the separation of powers principles, aren't compromised. I haven't heard anything, other than your AWOL's mindless blather, to the contrary. You, quizzically, cut this man a lot of slack. The families of the 9/11 victims however feel otherwise. I sincerely hope that the voters will as well in november. Al
