If the FED will hike by 0.25% the ECB will stay putIMHO

Unless Europe is about ready to slip into a recession.
They would get far more milage out of cutting now rather than when the Euro is at 1.35 and they do it out of desperation. But I agree, no cut for now. I sold some calls for a profit and rolled them out further and at a lower strike. My price point is such that as long as a hike does not happen, I win. They were damn expensive though, that far out. DEC 2005 97.25's for 33 points.

If they cut 1/4 my target is 98.20 and if they cut 1/2 my target is 98.45 No cut, my target is 97.95. 33+25=58. BE point is 97.58. 98.92-.58 = .34. Thus I think these can double even IF there are no cuts and could go up 250% if there are a couple of cuts.
