I think 802.11g is pretty cool. I'm using a D-Link 624 Router and 4 DWL-G650 cards on my Fujitsu SD Laptops. 108mbps. I'm going from URL to URL in less than a 1/3 of a second. The choice in regard to speed was basically between Netgear and D-Link. But since Netgear outsources its whole tech support to India, D-Link won. Setting this up, by the way, was not easy. XP Pro. didn't want to recognize the D-Link Drivers. It took me 10 days to figure it all out.

Anyway, Bush is Toast. He is clearly exposed now as a Liar. Kerry is OK. But he's nothing special outside of his universal healthcare plan. He is certainly better than Bush. Based on substance, I preferred Dean. But based on style, the American electorate clearly didn't want another President who acts like a wild, antagonistic, hostile animal.

Lizzie, this wireless stuff with the 802.11 and 802.15 standards can spur a entire industry, similar to the Pentium. But the problem is someone from the Bush Administrations who is knowledgable in high tech needs to pull the industry bigwigs together to come up with a plan. Unfortunately, this Administration does not have any such person who can stand up and say "I founded the wireless" similar to "I founded the Internet." The technology task force.
