Aristide was first elected in 1990 during the reign of George I. Overthrown by a brutal military dictatorship eight months later. Re-installed in 1994.

They were supposed to know in 1994 that Aristide would not work out and instead leave a bunch of murderers in charge?

Gee, Bill, only Republicans are THAT smart. George II is about to re-install the murderers.
