Just have to make a comment here: This site has become the largest absorber of my time lately, so many great posts with excellent references, takes up to 2 hrs to do it justice some days. I am even beginning to think I can watch the present extreme situation unfold with some appreciation of the causes, and maybe how to avoid some of the inevitable damage. Thanks to all.
