<<This war is not personal. It's Out There, Elsewhere, happening to Other People. It's a contest on TV, like the Olympics. With medals awarded at the end.>>>>

Now you have it, all the world is a stage, and all countries are watching the play- deciding who are the bad guys, who are the good guys.
And for that reason we will stay, and do the best we can to make the new Iraq successful.
You want to make it personal, and say that GWB called for the game start?. IMO thats incorrect, the game began in 1991 with the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait. And even to ME States, that made Saddam the bad guy.Which the UN confirmed.

And the terrorists who fight us in Iraq are acting like murdering insane idiots by blowing up their own Muslim citizens, and by cutting pipelines and stealing electrical equipment. The new Iraqi forces will be glad to deal with those remaining, and I haven't heard anyone yet say it was going to be short or easy.
