Iraq has been the #2 producer of oil in the world. Obviously while they're at war or under quarantine that slows down. Don't be an idiot. Before 1991 Iraq was #2. Then they fell a bit because of war. But they will be #2 or even #1 again. The problem is not with ranking, but who is accounting for the Bushies controlling that huge oil resource and all the cash is generates? And where are the reimbursements Bushies promised us from these revenues for the war costs?
