The software says who has control over those electronic republicans and the state of MD doesn't write the software. In the last election in Georgia they had the software tested by an outside agency. It found the software was ok. Then Diebold sent a software patch which had to be installed right before the election (and could possibly delete itself after the election to avoid detection.) After that election the exit polls showed that a republican had lost his bid for an office. When the diebold machine counted (counted, lol) the votes the republican had won.

Diebold makes many different types of machines like the voter terminals and ATM's. why The electronic republicans are the only machine they make which doesn't have a paper trail to insure accuracy. Is it because the owner of Diebold is a staunch right wing republican who says he will do anything in his power to get Junior re-elected.
