You must have missed the news that charges have been brought against 29 individuals, with nine having either pleased guilty or been convicted. Ken Lay up next. Nine defendants have pleaded guilty or been convicted by a jury, including Andrew S. Fastow, the former chief financial officer; Ben F. Glisan Jr., the former treasurer; and David Delainey, the former chief executive of two Enron divisions.
