Junior's record on promoting democracy is not good.

Bush is obsessed with Iraq and his own ideas about what constitutes terrorism.
On Friday night, Bill Moyer's reported how the FBI has spied on garden variety or
peaceful anti-war protests. On the other hand, the press has reported Ashcroft
avoids enforcing the gun laws on the books so crooks may be able to buy
a gun to break the law without undergoing an adequate background check.
