That is not called waffling my friend. It si called living in the world of reality. Even Bush, who started the war in Iraq by thumbing his nose at the UN had to ultimately go back to the UN to bail him out in Iraq. If you refuse to see reality and refuse to adapt to it, then you meet the same fate as Hitler did, kill himself in the trench.

So it is not called waffling, it is called adapt to reality.
