You may have a point... I always found it difficult to take Edwards seriously. I think he's probably got the VP spot though,don't you?

You're right that voters are "suckers" for humility.

I don't think that Kerry has a thimble full
of humility in his entire body. Everything
about him bespeaks entitlement, privilege
and snobbishness. He makes my skin crawl.

His chance at the WH is based
on the "hate Bush" mentality the Dems
have fostered. But for that, the odds
are he'd be just another boring footnote,
like Gore.
