It's so considerate of Mr. Bush. He gives the rank and file citizen a tax break, saying "it's your money," and then he drains the federal budget such it can't sufficiently contribute to the states. Almost everything Junior does is something which is very close to something a past president did. Most of his ideas seem to be copied from the Reagan years. He is convinced Reagan was a great president. If some sort of miracle happens and he is elected in 2004 you can expect for him to rehash more old Reagan ideas to trickle on us with.
