No one from Texas should ever be President huh? OK, that's a candidate for post of the day. Good work.

Of course, Bush and Cheney do not have control over OPEC. In fact, I suspect some OPEC countries are pushing for high prices to hurt the US economy and try to get Bush defeated. The Iranian mullahs and the brutal Chavez certainly have reason to prefer Kerry who doesn't know from one moment to the next what his policy is on anything.
