Okay, strictly on terms of Bush Jr. He, and his cabel, let events overwhelm them in Haiti. They seemed to have no plan (only goals as usual). When faced with no ideas they just grabbed Aristide and hoped that they could blame the resulting chaos on someone else. This is evident by the fact that they don't even have a cover story for lieing about the kidnapping, all they can do is sputter the same denial over and over even though every evidence and testimony illustrates that Junior, in a panic, just ordered the Marines to get Ariside out of there. Beign clueless isn't exactly a platform for understanding foreign policy. TP
