Buddy, I think William Henry Harrison told fewer than any other President, as he died 1 month after his inauguration. Of course, that's only counts lies AS President. In his previoius gigs as Governor of Indiana and Army General, he never told the truth to a Native American when he stole their lands and killed them if they resisted.
