The futures have faded slightly overnight with the ES currently at 1154. The game plan for this morning was to short any opening bounce to 1158 and go long on a dip at 1148. Currently at 1154 we are right in the middle with both options still open.
The next economic report is the Challenger Layoff Report at 10:00 which shows the layoffs for February. The Nikkei ended the session up slightly at +90 after trading all over the map.

The lack of any material economic report before the bell, the erratic Nikkei and the big gains from yesterday should give us a slightly negative bias this morning. The key on any dip will be how quickly we rebound and the strength of the rebound. We have seen five days of gains and today could be a needed day to consolidate those gains.
