Did it ever occur to you that pedophiles intentionally enter the priesthood because it allows them free access to young boys? And did you know that the church can't screen out potential pedophiles without cries of bigotry? Case in point, an Archbishop in Quebec recently called for all new priests to undergo a HIV test. This was likely to screen out potential homosexuals from entering the priesthood. The outcry from gay groups and the liberal media forced the archbishop to drop his testing policy.
