It's certainly hard to believe that stocks are back to the BUBBLE days of late 1999 early 2000! Greenspan learned nothing. Investors learned nothing. Of course, the wallstreet insiders have profited all along, and once again, the little guy will be left sitting on their hands when the bag deflates again.
