If a full service broker called me and said the CEO of a company was selling his stock, I probably would say sell.

And I would not deny I said sell. I would point out I had no way of knowing I was receiving information my broker had not heard or read in the media. I took the information at face value, I was leaving on vacation. The sum of money was no beg deal, I just wanted to to the best job of decision making possible. I have not been charged with insider trading. Why not? Because the government know that the communication from the broker might well not have been understood to be insider information, as every day D13 s are filed with the SEC, and news reports a released detailing insider sales. I did not even think of asking him if he was making an improper disclosure.

Any other questions?
