Nonsense, tejek.

The mainstream media corporations are censoring their own reporters from the top "echelons." The CEO office, in other words.

They are "in BUSINESS," after all.

Toe the lie or you're OUT, is the message.

Re: As for the media, I think they are being very careful not to look biased........for good reason. The media has been hounding the Bush administration unmercifully in the last three months.....

I could not agree less with this statement. I've been following the coverage of the Haiti fraud at Democracy NOW!
democracynow.org
and comparing it to the completely fraudulent coverage at CNN, Fox and the other mainstream outlets. Only one conclusion is possible. The mainstream media is now acting entirely as a propaganda arm for the Bush Regime. No other conclusion is possible.

To suggest that the media has been "hounding" the Bush Administration is preposterous. Just look at the obsequious and fawning treatment that a criminal like Dick Cheney received from Wolf Blitzer today. That cannot by any stretch of the imagination be called "hounding", or even legitimate journalism for that matter. It was brown-nosing of the worst sort.

Sorry, I just don't buy your argument. A real media would look entirely different from the corporate whores we are forced to endure here in America.

Here's a couple of my current favorite websites which are trying to deal with a broken and useless media:

americanprogress.org
factcheck.org
