Haim, If you are an investment person, it is not hard. If you come into the study knowing little about investments, it is harder than Hell. It is also a test of stamina. I finished it in a little over 2 hours, but my partner, who has an MBA from Rice and an engineering undergrad degree, took over 4 hours on it.

The sad part is that a guy like me, who's been investing since a buttonwood tree fell on him <G>, got full pay for 8 weeks to do nothing but study for the exam. Our assistants have to study on their own time with no pay, and they have much less of an investment background than most brokers. Of course, if they fail the test, they don't get fired, as we do. <G>
