Hi Jay,

As I mentioned earlier, Message 19796828 the proposed bond measures passed, sadly as I expected. Not mentioned however were bond measures totaling another several billions of dollars for schools which also passed($3.5 billion for Los Angeles alone, atop staggering bond issues from years past totaling 10-15 billion in sum!).

The recent bond measure was for infrastructure repair costs alone, yet the cost to build an entirely new superdupendous megaschool atop a toxic waste dump came to the total of less than $200 million!

The enormity of these bonds has opened my eyes to the future price direction of all things American. Many of these school bond measures will be paid for out of the skyrocketing housing market. Whereas, you may see a decline in the housing market, it will likely be offset by a plunging dollar and rapid domestic inflation, else result in the default of many a governmental borrower.

As you say scam the rich, soak the ....
