what concerns me (and my concern is increasing after reading some material on pension concerns) is that where there is no income or insufficient income >>> and -ng- on the fact that more and more people will end up in that boat : assets such as a home will be sold and the proceeds used for consumption, well, not consumption of luxuries and trips but to pay for NECESSITIES...this will not be a matter of a CHOICE but as a necessity...thus a lesser number of customers and more retailers competing to survive with lower and lower prices to help survive...
