After all, as soon as he dropped his bombshell about getting 'almost everything wrong', he immediately pointed the finger at the convenient fall guys at the CIA and performed a brilliant CYA ploy for his master, George Bush, who was thereby exonerated in the media and spared any serious questioning about intentional misrepresentations emanating from the White House or the Office of Special Plans. In particular, think about the astonishing gap in Kay's testimony w/r/t Abe Shulsky's OSP. It's the elephant sitting in the living room that Kay and the media won't talk about. Are you up to speed on Sy Hersh, Karen Kwiatkowski and Mother Jones' exposes of the OSP? Do you know what role the Counter Terrorism Evaluation Group played in the disinformation campaign?
