Agree. At the other end of the spectrum, I will be outraged if Ebbers doesn't spend 20 years on the slammer. Because of information he signed off on, the market valued his company at $150 billion. We now know objectively it was worth $0.00. That's fraud. If he didn't know about it he committed a fraud on the owners of the company by accepting his gigantic salary.

Well, .....re Martha Stewart...? Interesting there has only been one other comment re the verdict today on PfP's....But if you look in the SI Search, you'll see LOTS of talk about it.

Clinton Can and DID lie UNDER Oath,to the Feds, and nothing happened.
Martha lied to the Feds, NOT under oath, and she gets convicted...
